CPU can also drop frames, especially once you go beyond 100fps. Log your CPU utilization.

I am pretty sure its aimed for people who love customizing their loadout with cross-perk weapons. (EX : SCAR + .500 Magnum) Had lot of fun playing survivalist on hard and suicidal. Not sure if this perk will be any viable on hell-on-earth.

I only play on servers and it happens on every server I play on. My guess it's not server side, but client (my PC). My PC has 8GB of ram and there no problems with running KF2 in general. I gonna try host single game, and see if problem persists.

I think all you need to do is load kf instead of kf forums and complain.

Having in-game mod manager with downloading would be good enough + 3rd party server filter.
