And i've been wondering where to buy it, I have no credit card.

If you have Paypal then yes, Steam accepts Paypal.

And I meant just like a Visa gift card or whatever, those always work

Walmart Canada carries it, as does the local Best Buy subsidiary... or PayPal on Steam works too.

Yeah and Paypal doesnt even require credit card anymore.

i use PayPal for buying games on Steam

maybe some useful options:
-find it in a store near you
-use paypal on steam
-have a friend gift it to you and you just give them the cash
-give cash to your parents and ask them to use their credit card
-buy a gift card credit card (visa gift card, mastercard gift card) with cash and use that to buy it off steam

Nope, I phoned the 3 Wal-Marts closest to me, 2 EB Games' and a bunch of Best Buy's and they said they didn't have it.
