How many of those buildings are explorable?

Well, 3 of them you can go into, and they have stairs that lead up to the roof toops. On the roof tops there is an apartment and a trader room. One of the buildings has a middle level balcony area and there is a kinda trash room on the middle area with the bridge. Getting cornered on a rooftop is baaaaad lol only way out is down to your death haha.

Holy carp, someone else porting maps from LOTD. -High five.-
It is an annoying process. But how the hell did you get that semi static mesh? D=! I wants. XD


I figured that one out by mistake! Just click it then convert it to a brush, then export the brush, then import the brush into the kfed and then convert that brush to a static mesh. If the lotd texture files are in the killing floor texture folder it'll apply the texture automatically and thats it!

I just played this map with my friend yesterday and it looks very promising. Of course, there are not much details yet but that's something you don't expect from beta version either.

However, I found two major flaws from the general map design:
1) You are able to climb on the truck (the only truck in the map) and the mutants are not. This takes all the fun away. Either make it impossible to climb on the truck or put some more stuff near it so the mutants can climb on it as well.
2) The trader who drops the ladders is neat but it also makes possible to jump on the roof near the ladders. After the trader closes her doors and pulls the ladders away mutants have no way to get you anymore. Once again: no danger, no fun.

Improvement ideas:
- Have you been thinking about elevators or at least elevator shafts with broken elevators?
- How about fire escape ladders?

- You could also add some restaurants or shops on the street level. They would color the surroundings.
- It would be funnier if crossing the roofs would be harder or one-way decisions. Maybe you should be able to jump from one roof to another or there were only a thin plank between them.

It's really a good looking map, with fun to be had crossing the rooftops and trying to escape, but as mentioned, theres a few places i found within a few minutes.

As mentioned above, as well as sitting on a lamp post, looking at them all below me.

The AI does get them coming up through multiple buildings though, which is good
