ok i just finished downloading beta and launched and when i choose to server browser gives me lag then after a minute the game crashes it has happen twice

Yeah I'm getting the same a lot, not so many servers and not so many people on each, but the browser itself seems to be pretty demanding. It crashes if I try to move the mouse around a lot while the browser is "loading for like the first 1-2 minutes.

This was also happening to me. When I clicked the server browser button the mouse would lag while it downloaded the server list, and eventually crash.
How did I fix it? When I click the server browser button, I moved my mouse to the top of the screen and kept moving it around up there. Why does that work? No clue, but it does!

Same here! But even when I don't interact (moving the mouse etc.) the game crashes...my machine should be more than able to run the game...it's really weird...

yup, server browser doesnt like us very much, get stuck when loading maps and just now when i pressed connect the game crashed...

Same problem here.
For some reason the first time I started the game I was able to get to the loading screen, but the server was full and then when it went back to the server browser it crashed.
I've tried instant action same deal.
Restarted, no dice.

I set my video to match my resolution and now I'm seeing all the intro vids and I'm in game fine now. Try that.

Okay so it seems that for me, personally, If i let the browser list fully load (very very laggy) and THEN join I can get into games. The browser must lag so much in the background that while trying to join it crashes. That's what it seems like to me. I'll poke around with it some more

Can confirm crashing at browser too.
I did manage to stop (or postpone) it crashing by ALT-Enter (takes you out or in fullscreen) I can't say it's full proof, but i managed to Favourite a few servers without a crash.
EDIT:Got into a server, then kicked by punkbuster for no packet flow -____- then crashed.

i just also had a crash when disconnecting from a server when it went back to the server browser, and when i did the quick match option, the game crashed while searching for a server.

I can not even get to point where I can Join anything.
The server list is loading, then eventually after a minute or so crashes with an error window.
SLI On or Off. Surround On or Off does not make a difference.
Running the game in a window allows the server list to fully load, join a serve, and after I load in I go full screen
