Music Video Thread

One of my favorite hip-hop'ers. The video is a trip; I'm not sure about those chicks... but the track is nice.

We don't play them ego games
Innit for the culture, forget the fame
Don't get it confused, man
Many may try to use, man
Walk a mile in my shoes, man
Then you may conclude, man!

Double Pooooooost!

It was late, like 1:30 am last night. I had watched Black Swan earlier in the evening and I was getting tired. I was just sitting on my couch flipping the channels fully intending to go to bed right then when I came across a documentary that was just starting. It was called 'Made In Jamaica'. I am a huge lover of roots reggae so I had to stay up and watch it. Here is a snippet of the flick; Third World performing 96 Degrees.

It was a really cool doc showing the progression and influences of reggae. I highly recommend it. Toots, one of my favorite artists (I've seen him live in Santa Cruz twice), makes an appearance. Also, Gregory Isaacs apparently shortly before his recent passing is in the film as well.
