In the current version of RO, if you have the grenade shot out of your hand, you lose BOTH grenades that you have. Will this be changed in RO2?

I always had fun when I was shot in the hand and in the leg at the same time.

Weapon-shot-out-of-hand will not be a feature in ROHOS

I hated that feature in ROOST. Nice to see the devs adding features, but it didn't seem to serve any purpose.

not to mention the greifing. ive been tked by people trying to knock the weapons outa my hands in spawn, using there rifle butts. i hate it. hate it, hate it.

gah, why do they keep removing the fun features?
i LIKED having my gun shot out of my hand (even spawnstealers) because it added new gameplay. now i have to either run around looking for a ditched weapon, or follow a teammate, hope he gets shot and take his when hes gone.
i LIKED being able to get out of tanks, slaying an enemy with a good ol' fashioned pistol whipping, taking his gun and shooting his men till they found me and took me down.
i thought innovation was supposed to be adding features, not removing them!

I'm already missing this feature. It was so adrenaline pumping when your gun got shot out of hand in the middle of the assault. And about that running around without a gun part I quote the guy from Mel Gibson's We were soldiers "When I need one there'll be plenty lying around".

The one with the rifle shoots. The one without the rifle follows him. When the one with the rifle gets killed, the other one picks up the rifle and shoots...

When I read the thread title I was thinking of "drop the egg". So if you get shot in the hand you drop the nade even if it's armed, possibly resulting in a massive tk session. In terms of realism it seems alright. But if this happens the poor dude will get insta-kicked.

I think one of the main points is that if you got shot in the hand and dropped your gun, you probably don't have the capability of holding chopsticks let alone a new gun.
