Ok so i don't know if Whitelisting is considered an Idea or Suggestion maybe it belongs in a separated section if so please move it Admin.

Here is list of some weapons that the community likes that would be awesome to see Whitelisted possibly added to the game in a patch.

Sharpshooter Perk:
SVD Dragunov (Note: Has a cool melee function for getting clots off you.)

The CREATOR must submit their mods whenever TWI post a submission thread (There is none right now... or ever again lol). Then when the creator has submitted their mod, TWI must check for any problems. Any mod that uses any resources from other games can not be whitelisted due to copyrights.

Almost everything made by russians are ripped models or models made by another person, there just lazy to credit the original maker.
The Chainsword is from WarHammer, Im not sure where the LMG is from. So all the weapons you posted can not be WL anyways.

I don't see the point of this thread though :/

Well the point was to add some more weapons to the game that we can use online and have fun with but sense the weapons are ripped from other stuff that plan went out the window.

It's more just use a custom server. No point adding more to the default when it's chucked full of them already and whitelisting can cause problems with new versions of the files or general breaking gameplay. From what I see, I say no to every weapon there. All of them aren't balanced enough to be used or yet worth it.

yeah you're right they are over powered but with some tweaking they could be really good weapons to add to the game. Tripwire needs to add some more content to KF1 even when KF2 comes out because people will still continue to play KF1 heck KF2 might make KF1 more populated for those that didn't play the first game.

Sorry but, "needs"? Are you not happy with the amount of goodies we have already? Do you actually own any DLC?

True but they shouldn't stop giving us more weapons to use.

Why not? I've never seen a company try keep their games alive longer then a year unless it's a specific title (continuous that is). Tripwire have done what for all I know, no other company has. Just use mine and other people's mods and use a custom server. It's a lot easier and then Tripwire can also focus on KF2, which I know they have a lot of work being done to it.

None of these weapons have the polish to become integrated into the game. Some of them don't even reach remotely close to TWI's standards for quality (referring to their good content and not the neon pack). On top of that, all of these weapons aren't even remotely balanced, so whitelisting isn't going to happen for these either.

However, although the thread seems to be no longer about whitelisting and more official content, I think TWI should continue to update the whitelist past the release of KF2 - despite the trend they've made of not doing so.
