Rename Elite Rifleman to Senior Rifleman

I agree with native class names, but I don't think ranks and roles should be mixed together. They were more or less fine in RO1, with Gruppenf

Semi-Auto Rifleman. Most neutral and not referring to the skills or status of the user. "Elite" sounds a bit arcadish and senior doesn't fit since using semi-auto rifle was not tied to experience or rank.
What I assume is that bolt-action rifles were actually preferred at the time by "senior" riflemen not trusting the "unreliable" or "inaccurate" semi-automatic. Same goes for MP43, many Wehrmacht "senior riflemen" didn't trust the new weapon and preferred old, trusty Mauser 98K.

I would have thought Self-loading rifle would have been better? Anyhow if that was the term at the time it makes sense. Native class names +1!

No Elite to me in regards to Russian or German Infantry would be someone more experianced. To be honest. A more experianced rifleman would not be using a Semi Auto, if he's so good why is he using an even easier weapon than a bolt action?

Senior sounds more like a higher rank. You do not get promoted because you're "Elite".

And class has nothing to do with rank, so that's a flawed argument. The player has their own rank independent of what class they are at the time.

"Elite" means well-trained. The well-trained riflemen get to use the semi-automatic rifle since they were more limited in production. Pretty damn obvious.
