I can vouch for the Soviets and friends holding the rifle in the left hand and manipulating the magazine with the right.
From the 1952 operations manual for the AK47, page 57:
"21. Partial Disassembly.
To remove the magazine from the rifle: holding the rifle with the left hand on the hand guard, slightly turn the rifle with the magazine away from oneself: the right hand grasps the magazine and, with this hand's thumb pressing the magazine catch, rotate the magazine forward and remove it from the magazine well. (Figure 64)."
Later, it doesn't specify which hand pulls the charging handle, but logically it would be the right.
And that handiness didn't change by the time the AK74 came about:

I still don't see why is this is such a big deal. People can reload weapons with either hand.
I simply just want the dev to focus on the gameplay, not these small little "accuracy".

But you left hand does all the work in regards to aiming. Right hand doesn't even do anything other than pull the trigger when aiming. Helps counter recoil along with your left when firing, both hands do that.

I don't say that loading with left hand is wrong I say it's typical for western shooters and it's not the way how AK was meant to be used.
