please don't make vietcong/NVA soldiers reload AK with left hand .

I can vouch for the Soviets and friends holding the rifle in the left hand and manipulating the magazine with the right.

From the 1952 operations manual for the AK47, page 57:

"21. Partial Disassembly.

To remove the magazine from the rifle: holding the rifle with the left hand on the hand guard, slightly turn the rifle with the magazine away from oneself: the right hand grasps the magazine and, with this hand's thumb pressing the magazine catch, rotate the magazine forward and remove it from the magazine well. (Figure 64)."

Later, it doesn't specify which hand pulls the charging handle, but logically it would be the right.

And that handiness didn't change by the time the AK74 came about:

we reload and charging the AK with right hand because it is the right thing to do . russian teach everyone on their side to do it . you can also see it here
even ex-russian spetsnaz in US did it
7.62 x 39 AK (type 2 or 3) are pretty heavy , hold the rifle in one hand by holding the pistol grip make you tire up your arms quickly in combat > lower stamina , lower accuracy

But you left hand does all the work in regards to aiming. Right hand doesn't even do anything other than pull the trigger when aiming. Helps counter recoil along with your left when firing, both hands do that.

As far as I know AK was meant to be loaded by left or right hand and charged with right hand.

I don't care if the soldier will change the magazine with his right or left hand, I only want him to charge the gun with right hand.

That video also says "there is no wrong way" and outlines various left handed methods lol.

Just for you guys, so that this thread can hopefully be resolved.

Sweet! Is this video also to resolve this topic (i.e.: is the amount of time which passes between the "letting-go" of the old and the "having-grasped" of the new magazine final)?

As I said before, you guys pay so much attention to details and I think the community really appreciates this, so why not add a little second or two and make a huge step towards realism/immersion?
