It means that you killed them by shooting them in the nuts

The damage is irrepairable...

You automatically die from loss of blood, loss manlihood, and your entire team takes a huge nose dive in morale.

But I assume they already made an achievement for that.

I didn't even pay attention to the nut cracking in the kill display.
I don't know what to say about that except "OMG!!! AWESOME!!", (and no I'm not a kid)

After a confirmed nut shot, the players avatar looks down and then places the barrel in his own mouth; ending his life. Only way to go after that kind of war wound xD

Yes heart shot = insta kill, no bandaging that the journo was just mistaken. Also, the menus say "Realism" but all of the shots are actually from Relaxed Realism.
