Just have to say that I have just completed the Original Campaign on ARMA, there were some slightly irritating missions. Yet I forgive them.

I don't have ArmA, just posting this since no one seems to have noticed. Patch 1.14 was released with a new mode called Warfare. It is RTS like in that you can create buildings, units, and such.

I like warfare, but it gets repetitive after a while. I've found a modified version of Evolution and sticking to it ATM.

I seriously dislike the thing he is saying about reviving dead people. It's very disturbing...

It is not reviving it is patching them up again. I think it is ok for a campaign that relys on characters it would suck harder to hit the load key every time one of your teammates goes down than to revive him.

Anyhow, if your buddy gets hit, you would slap on a Band-Aid and give him a quick shot in the buttocks, would you not?
The Doctors are real wimp's at the moment, they run about healing Tom, Dick and Harry as if the Red Cross had been disbanded already, so something needs to be done on that side, (impossible to control, I might add).
He said "within a certain period" or something close to that, MEDIC!
Each and every soldier is issued with a med-kit in this day and age.
I am waiting for Game2, Here and There.

I've been thinking about getting ArmA, but I'm not sure. Is it worth it? I'm mainly looking for replayability and the modding community. The other concern is that how ArmA will run on my PC (e7200, ATI 4850, 4GB RAM) with a 24" monitor.
I did test the demo version with my old rig and it worked very badly, not to mention the game was really buggy at that time, but it seems that most of the bugs have been ironed out now.

Well mine runs fine (med-high gfx) on a 3.6GHZ Pentuim 4 processor. 2GB and a 256mb 7800GTX.

that's not a bug, that's laziness. they have a single animation set that's used for every weapon. that's why they all reload at the same speed and the M24's bolt is never handled.
