RS Stuck in opening map area

Server loads perfectly and then I'm left staring at the opening area from that top down angle you have before you go to team selection.

It's not a punkbuster issue since this happens on maps with pb on and off. Verified, reinstalled, did the beta may juggle, nothing works.

On the few times I was able to proceed (no idea how) the same thing happened when the match was over and maps were switched.

Any solution to this?

what router do you have, it sounds a bit as if you are on a thomson router. so try searching a bit on that on these forums, you should find one of mormegils posts.

Otherwise can you try the following:

try going to mydocuments\mygames\redorchestra2

delete all files inside there

then open steam -> library -> right click rising storm\red orchestra -> properties -> local files -> verify the integrity of the game cache

and try playing the game again.
