ZED Settings

So I've been wondering if you would be able to edit the Zeds to not move, sort of like freeze them, make them slower and faster, smaller and bigger. Sort of just play with how they move and look and all that. I know you can edit the Zeds in KF1 but I'm just wondering because when I get KF2 for PC I wanna just play with the Zeds and make them look funny and stupid

You could always go and make a mod that changes that sort of thing, but it kind of sounds like you want something like Garry's Mod.

I don't see why ZED modding wouldn't be doable with the new game. The KF game was heavily expanded by the community and I think that will happen with KF2 as well.

I can't remember when I read it, but in one of the first articles for KF2 there was a mention of a console command that would disable Zed AI. That's probably what you are looking for. I don't know if it will be accessible to the community, but I certainly hope it is.

there is an entire tool dedicated to making cutscenes in udk. it's called matinee. it was used in almost every ue3 game.

with sufficient technical know how you could remake the thriller film clip with clots and a fleshpound micheal jackson

KF has the BrainDead subclasses in KFMonster used for debugging.
