Server windows dedicated server

Hello everybody

Can I ask for help with some info about windows dedicated server. I have no so much knowledge about windows dedicated server but somehow I need one. So, what is the best option. To buy one or to try to learn to make my own. I do not know so much, but the price offered at the link above of $199 looks somehow overloaded. That is why I am asking should I buy or it is worth to learn to make my own server. What do you think.

May i ask what all services you want to host off of your server? $199/mo for an actual dedicated server rental is about the entry point, but make sure you shop around. I personally rent a Virtual Private Server from www.nfoservers.com and they start about $30/mo.

^ I also use nfo servers. 199 is a large cost to split unless your running many servers, even with a VDS from NFO i'm able to run multiple servers of different games easily.
