Will they fix the no perks thing?

i wish to know this as it has been bothering me.
i will load up a game on a server which i myself have favourited as my 'time to play for fun' server, you know, defenseb2 40 man madness
But it has bothered me that after the latest patch perks have been COMPLETELY disabled in any server where ANYTHING is non whitelisted

It is annoying me that in my funtime server i can no longer use my demolitions for moar peip boms or my medic for tanking.... or my SS for skrake disposal... firebug for croud contro...anyway, any news on them fixing this or is this a new 'ANTI-FUN' feature?

i don't believe defense-b2 is on the whitelist, but i could be wrong. sounds more like a server issue that the server isn't configged correctly for achievements/leveling to work. what's the server name?

Defence b2 was removed from the whitelist months ago and you cant level your perks anyway with more than 6 players. Like bswearer said, it seems like this is more a server issue. unless the server is running with a specimen-only mutator.
