Server Weird Server Crashing

I've set up a dedicated KF2 server, and it runs just fine, except every once in a while, seemingly at random, it'll crash. Sometimes it's after only a few minutes, sometimes after hours of full games. I've run it both on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 with the same results, so I assume it must be from some sort of misconfiguration.

I'll include a log of the most recent instance:

Spoiler!

The only thing I can discern from it is that the server forgets where it is and can't find itself...?

Thanks!

Maybe you can upload your dump files (they are in the log folder, and generated when server crashes) and a dev can look into it if they have time, but this is really weird as you tested on two different hard drives, and two different operatiing systems..

I use WINE and Ubuntu, and have no problem at all servers work perfectly fine.

Maybe try to use different ports by adding the switches in your command line (see the wiki) for test, but I do not think it is related to ports problems (but you never know, sometimes computer science is more like sorcery...)

I've done a complete re-installation and it seems to be stable for now. The only major difference I can pinpoint is that I installed the driver for my graphics card. I assume that since a dedicated server isn't concerned with visual rendering, that wouldn't be an issue.

However, here some of the .dmp files generated.

Okay, fun new developments. The new server I made crashed too. It must be some piece of hardware in my server PC. I'll try hosting on another computer entirely. In the meantime, here are the latest logs.
