Unreal 3 Engine Tech Demo

I think epic would be a bit annoyed if you said it was a beefed up UE2.5 engine. They are as much different as the Q4 engine is to the Q3 one.
New features are:
HDR maps (done properly this time round, not bolted on bloom as 2.5)
MASSIVE textures, normal maps, procedually genarated texture support (the same stuff that let someone make a fully formed 3d FPS fit into 96k of hard disk space)
Agea PhysX support, decent ragdolling, better netcode. The list goes on.
