Upon killing ADM. Barbara Terranova the game crashed. When I reloaded the game, she was no longer present. I can no longer gain infamy in Plover Island. I am stuck at rank 4, and in the Infamy Rank tab it shows Terranova as locked "This hunter is waiting for you, complete story missions to unlock". Even though I have completed all story missions, and killed her, she will not appear, and the achievement "Island Queen" remains locked since I "have not completed all objectives in Plover Island" since I have not reached Rank 5 technically. That is the only achievement that remains locked, I even have "Four-Star Rank: Defeat Adm. Barbara Terranova" unlocked.

I also have this issue when my game had crashed while fighting her. When I loaded the game back up again, it said that I had defeated her and got the achievement for it. I am unable to unlock the island queen achievement because of this.
