I have about 1,200 rounds of 5.56 NATO with some cleaning supplies, so that could last be about a week. I'm screwed after that though.

I'm filling all available containers with fresh water right as I'm typing this. Too bad about our weapon laws, but I got an axe that'll come in handy should it come to that.

I don't really like fast zombies, except I do like movies like 28 Days Later which has fast ones, but slow are the best.
Zombies should be slow, and the problem should be with their numbers, and the fact they never ever tire. And they can't drown, so a zombie should be able to cross the pacific on foot and come up 15 years after everyone thinks they are rid of them. But they do rot, though a lot slower than usual because of the virus replacing the blood with a black tar-like substance.
It makes the whole thing be about pacing and conservation of resources.
Zombies in Day Z look really fast so it doesn't look that interesting to me. But I guess, if they weren't fast they would have a problem with too many on screen, cause there would need to be a hell of a lot more of them in the game to make it work.

irl i'm quite compassionate towards people and animals, but applying that to the internet would be too depressing. i guess it's a self-defense-mechanism. in fact i don't like snuff and avoid it, but it doesn't bother me too much when i stumble upon it.
