It's because they have no shadow.To me the soldiers look kinda out of place. As if they were paintshopped in.
I take it that you play Red Orchestra, since you're posting in this forum? Aside from the obvious "work in progress" excuse that ArmA isn't done and thus things will probably change before release, I find it amusing that you'd call it silly that you can destroy buildings in ArmA when a game like RO allows for absolutely zero environmental destruction (aside from very specific scripted things).I have seen a mini video of a tank blowing up a building, I must say it was quite silly.
They never said it would be like this. Game2, yes, ArmA? No. I like this system much more than the old OFP one, and it's not even finished yet.Basically it was 4-5 rounds and a cloud of smoke and you see the building colapse onto itself and then ever more smoke and then after the smoke settles there is the foundation and VERY little rubble. I thought the buildings were suppose to blow up by how you shoot it (shoot into the wall, that wall crumbles, shoot the roof=hole in roof), not like the old system where there were only two models.
