I finally found a solution for the macbook keyboard problem, when you had to reassign all the keys, which were recognized as "unknownAA" or something like this.
If you're running Mac OS X in non-english language (or maybe just in a language which does not use latin characters, as russian for me), KF and many other games do not recognize your letter keys, even if your keyboard is set to English.
So, all you have to do is change your system language to English and the problem is solved!
It will help not only in KF, where you can just reassign keys, but also in other games, where you can't.
