Mac Scope Problems (Black Scope)

A friend of mine, who uses a Mac, is having problems with the scopes on his guns. This is a pic he took:

Any advice you could give him on how to fix it? He mains as a Sharp, so he needs working scopes. If you have any questions, I'll pass them on to him.

Settings > Display > Show Advanced Options > Scope Detail - change this to textured
