[Error] [RO2]MASSIVE fog issues

Hello there , i got massive problems with the fog i can*t see anything besides a BIG FAT fog wall it looks more like im caught in a snowstorm when i watch gameplays and other stuff it does not seem other people got this problem here*s a Screenshot that you know what i mean http://imgur.com/vnMP52l

GPU: Geforce GT730
CPU:Intel I-5-4460
RAM:8GB
System: Windows 8.1
Drivers: Latest GeForce Gameready drivers Version 355.82

What i try'd:
-Changing graphics from very low till i reached ultra (no effect)
-using Nvida Control Panel to configure graphic settings (no effect)
-using google for hours (nothing found)

Someone PLEASE help me ,i can't see anything i always get shot thrue the fog of doom , it makes the game not enyojable i can't play certain maps and i basicly got to camp in a building 24/7 and hope that someone enters it

Try to download an older driver from nvidia and don't forget to check "make a new install" during the installation.

Did it , fog seems to be not a wall of doom , but now colors aren't bright and basicly can't see any enemy 50m+ :c, changing brightness/graphics or things in nvidia controlls doesn't seem to work NEVER had any similiar issue with any other game it drives me insane i just want to play , could it be that my monitor is the problem?

Checking your screenshot you're apparently using a "filter" (probably the "war" one) try to disable it in your ingame graphic settings.

It's called post-processing preset, set it to normal.

changing graphic settings does not fix anything I try'd everything like filter etc.
