[How Do I?] Resolution and performance problem

Hi!
I've bought RO2 today and encountered some problems.

First, my screen resolution is 1366x768, and I can't choose such resolution in game, only 1280x720 and it won't fit my screen at all after I updated my videocard driver via steam.

Second is a very low performance=(
My system specs are the following:
Intel Core i7 860 @2.80 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 4650 512Mb
8192Mb RAM
Win 7 Professional 64 bit
DirectX 11.

I've got about 16fps with lowest settings=(

I've changed the resolution, like it's described here, but the issue with performance still bothers me=( Is my configuration so low for the game?(((

The HD 4650 is not a very fast card, but I think it should perform a little better than what you get.

Make sure you're not enforcing any quality settings with the CCC, like Antialiasing.

I suggest you download the latest Catalyst from amd.com, uninstall the currently installed, reboot and install the downloaded driver.

I've tried downloading ati driver, but it made the card appear as ati radeon hd 4600 series. I've looked inside the pc, it's actually an asus card with 4659hd chip, and downloaded drivers from asus website. I think there's a bug, because dxdiag sais there's 3,5 gigs of video ram...
I run it on lowest setting with everything like antialiasing turned off.

dxdiag says 3827 MB VRAM for me, it takes shared cache into account, so that's not a problem. The AMD driver recognizing your card as "4600 series" is no problem either, it will install the correct driver for your card.
