Looks to me like 'Resident Evil meets SOCOM' (does anyone remember this ?)
Indeed, it's a 4-player coop tactical shooter.
Even though your main enemies won't be Zombies but army forces, the game apparently won't feature a PvPvE multiplayer mode. (Even though I still hope for one)
Release date is announced for winter 2011 for PS3, XBOX360 and ... here it comes ... PC !
There will be a playable demo at this years E3, so if you get there, make sure to check this out.

P.S.: Does anyone else think it's strange that they have stealth suits and othe Sci-Fi mumbo jumbo in a game that's set in 1998 ?
