the ESL is planing to add Red Orchestra.

atm they want to create a german ladder and a amateur series (for 6 monts).

we as project-twilight were arguing about a german-only-ladder and we hope, they will add a european-ladder instead.

now there is a thread where euro-clans should post, if they want to take part in the ESL ladder.

feel free to add your clan in there, so we hopefully will get a active ladder / amateur series over there.

lets see this as a chance for redorchestra. if we get a lot of activity in this ladder perhaps more multigaming-clans will join it too and RO gets the activity it deserves.
plus, as frogster (the german publisher) told us: if the amateur-series is getting a lot of activity they want to support a pro-series too.

i dont know, if it is my dream.

you know, ill play RO now for more than 2 years and i want to see success for RO and even more the claning-community. and IMO a ESL-activity will give us more success. perhaps for roladder too.

plus frogster knows, how to keep things going ;)

but for this there have to be action into the ladder + eas.

thats why, register there and post your clan into this thread.

He guys, join up and participate in the discussion. The ladder is still building up, and is in dire need of some support.

As many of you are not "e-athletes", I'll try to explain the meaning of ESL: it is the biggest european league for computergames, and hugely responsible for the success and longivity of CS, DoD, WC3 etc. So, if we stand together and support the ESL, it will have a very positive impact on the community, with RO getting more attention alone because of the news of the page that is regularly visited by tens of thousands of people.
Additionally, the german TV station "Giga" regularly airs clangames of the ESL, thus spreading RO much further, if the community is strong enough to justify it.

So guys, take part. Proclaim your support. Or explain why you can't support that ladder, so the people of the ESL can work on it.

And lastly: We for one won't forsake RO:Ladder, which we have helped to build up from scratch. It will always be our home. But the ESL can just do so much for RO, so it would be a shame to ignore it.
