Hello -
I was just wondering if someone could tell me what "Coronas" do and what "Projectors" do, and how they affect gameplay ?

Will they change gameplay drastically if I turn them off? And will it increase load times at all?

Coronas is the glow around the sun, I think.

I have no idea what projectors do, I've been wondering about the same thing.

Coronas are the light "glow" (NOT hdr) around lights...
Projectors IIRC are the bullet hole and explosion decals

Yes, Coronas are circular light effects used on light sources in dark areas (the lamps in Kraznyi Oktyabr above the doors are a good example).

Projectors are actually static shadows projected onto a surface. Each one uses a grayscale texture. They add nice shadows and lighting detail at no performance loss (unless you have a Geforce 440).
