Punk'd unlocked in Kf but not in Steam

Can someone elpain to me why punk'd is unlocked in my Kf achievments but not in steam?

i also have others and although ive achieved them in KF they have reset ie: Grim Reaper

because those character is event related and you probably finished the last step which is beating the event map on any difficult after the event was over. My commando chicken stuck the same way duo to i did bedlam challenge after the event was over. So just wait for summer side show and it probably unlocks by himself when the event start ... atleast i hope so for my chicken
