Have the Dev's mentioned when/if they are going to port the older RO maps from the mod? I can't remember names, but there was a destroyed city map with plenty of apartments and another map with a church that I would love to play again.

ya we definatly need some more maps to return.
i craved the map with the square in the middle, i believe there was a fountain, and there was rubble everywhere, tons fo appartments.
well thers just many maps that need a return, but there are some that rlly dont. unless they get majorly updated and be added to, then every map shud make a return.
moscow highway would make a good map if it was completely redesigned.
we still need a forest map.

Yeah you are right, we will just have to wait for the editor to come out and for some real dedicated people to make the maps. Also I the map you are thingking of is Red Square?

This could be really cool, especially if we can use different "skins" for the soldiers. Then we could create a mission where a squad or two of german infantry are trying to locate and destroy a russian partisan HQ and weapon cache deep in a foggy swamp. With the red side dressed as non-regular combatants in all kinds of random mixed gear/partly civilian clothes, it would look awesome.
Would be historical and very atmospheric.
