I personally do a lot of what others call team stacking (though not in RO, in BF2.) I don't see it that way. I'm on ventrilo with my clanmates. You want us to split up? What's the point of even being on VOIP if you have to be on the other team?
Clans going on one team I have no problem with at all. It's when the "unaligned" people switch to that team that gets me, especially server regulars. My BF2 server of choice has about 35-50 regular people I recognize by name, and when my clan and I hop on and play together, you can see most of those switch to our side, which isn't cool.
