Mac New weapons and characters

At steam, yesterday, I bought the package from both weapons and characters. The characters appears as bought, but I can't find them at profile selector.
The weapons tells me that I didn't bought them... At steam store, it show me that I did.
Common folks... Its my money...

I'm having this same problem as well, I have a receipt showing that I bought the DLC from steam, but when I go to view my downloadable content, it doesn't show up. In game, it still shows as greyed out.
