I plan on hosting a week event on my server and need some questions answered if people don't mind ^-^.

I want to take those random fun mutators on like the double jump into the server how do I edit the configuration file so it enables it after i install it on the server and will people acutely download it when they join my server?
2.
I see on my AdminWeb there is a mutator called Beatdown. It looks unsupported by the game but could the files for it be lurking somewhere in my folder and just need to be modified?
