I posted this on Reddit about a month ago, but wanted to post it here as well so the devs see it.

It's still a WIP, but the most important part (the tab "Perk n Weapon rebalance") is generally complete:

I passed these on to the design team. Have you considered putting these in game yourself as a mutator to test how they play and make further refinements?
