I noticed when muting a certain player yesterday that the player's mic would come back after each round, and I would have to re-mute them every round. It was quite annoying. Not sure if anyone else has run into this.
Edit: Server was on Hard, 10 waves, had 6 players in it, and was on Biotics Lab at the time.
