You can have bots on one specific side to deliberately make the total player numbers not balanced. Human players will balance, but total players will be different.

More for Rus and Jap more than the others and maybe good for the Vietnam mode. Could even have Russian bots just is a rifle and a few bullets to simulate the desperateness of a battle. Or a Japanese troop just with a nade. Be creative !

Control would go to the map designer in terms of how many extra bots a side gets and i reckon it would be based on a percentage of human players.
Means you could have a 32V45 engagement in cases where the 45 player team rarely win.

The concept needs tweaks like perhaps the extra bots won

Problem: Bots are stupid cheater... :eek:

And sadly some maps are bugged for bots, they stuck on some objects or zones (Mamayev or Gumrak Station e.g.)

Yep I don't disagree. But if they are able to improve bots that would make a difference.

Even with stupid bots, the idea is to overwhelm the enemy with numbers. So even if the bots are fodder they distract the full human team which is part of the objective.

This is really an idea open for discussion, nothing more.

I like it! This would help server to be able to balance maps a little.

They are very dumb and razor sharp when they want to be.

Be cool if you could make them have no wepons at all, but programme them to pick up weapons from fallen comrades and enemys, kind of like the start if enemy at the gates...well for the Russians at least.
