So, i decided to buy the Mrs foster bundle this friday, and i have yet to actually received the item, i talked to steam support and apparently the item went/purchase went through on their end, yet it is nowhere to be found, i've reset the steam folder, reset my DL cache, restarted game, PC you name it whatever fix mentioned, and it still is not there is this supposed to be normal?
It says steam can't even gather the info on it for a refund to try and re-buy so that option is unavailable. Contacted tripwires support aswell and waiting on a response. Frustrating to say the least.
