If you haven't heard of this amazing HL2 mod I urge you all to try it out as the last chapter just got released and it borders and at times exceeds HL2's play value.

Thanks for the info Kapula - I played the first part and it was awesome, very atmospheric. Finished just when it got really interesting so I'm looking forward to continuing.

Yeez, Orange Box AND this at the same time, guess I'll have plenty to play in the coming months, not to forget RO of course

yeah but you need ep1 dont you? i havent got it yet unfortunately - i loved meta parts 1 and 2 and have been eagerly awaiting

Yeah,you need to have EP1.
You can just get the Orange Box and you'll have EP1,as the creator suggested.Worth it,you'll be getting EP2,EP1 and you'll be able to play the last part which actually adds the 3rd chapter and the end of the chapters,aka chapter 4.

yeah i'm gonna get the o-box when i find some vouchers I misplaced about a year ago.
Funny thing is- i'm almost looking forward to meta more than anything else ( are you saying play that last- yeah?)

Well it doesn't matter,I noticed 3 was out and got it to shorten the wait until I get Episode 2 downloaded.And boy,did it shorten the time.
I think the overall play time of all the chapters might be around the same of Episode 1 actually.

thats kinda what i wondered- i mean i was under the impression he was gonna use models in game like the stalker thing etc.
Good as meta is, i figured it's probably best to see these new enemys introduced in halflife scripted sequences.

Ah yeah.
You probably should play Episode 1 first in that case.
