Microstuttering while sprinting

I'm playing this game for about 2 years and never had problems to run it at maximum graphics with my computer, but for 6 months with latest updates, I noticed a small problem that emerged. Basically, it is what the title says. When I'm playing I notice a slight stuttering that is most noticeable when I sprint, but also becomes evident when I'm walking but less so. The funny thing is that it only happens when I move, if I'm in a static position and pointed to several places do not have that problem.

I tried the single player and it happens the same way also the servers that I play usually have a good latency.

This is my pc:

i5-750
WD Black 1TB HD
AMD HD 7850 2GB
CORSAIR 8GB RAM (2x4GB)

I have it, but only in single player. It looks like a game logic issue rather than a performance issue.
