I can not really speak on behalf of other clans, but if you speak german, then it may be worth asking if MeWU (Men of War United, that is second team of MeoW) can take new players in. Other well known competitive clans in Germany are LS, MeoW and IDF.
I only know competitive clan scene, that means clans who play against other clans in competitions (ro2league.com). I don't follow more casual clan scene.

ask Punknol from [IDF].
Best time to catch him is on fridays. If you speak German that`s really cool, but we even play with english speaking Players from [IDF] and this works well. [IDF] has some english speaking Players and most speak German.
