Listen Server Problems

Sometimes my friends are able to connect my server and sometimes they are not.

It does not matter who the friend is. Once I get the server running and even one friend is able to join, then everyone can join. But sometimes no one can join. Usually restarting PC helps.

I have opened ports and punched my firewall full of holes.

Any ideas?

It'd help if you guys were more specific. Was there any indication as to why they couldn't join? Was there some sort of connection error? Were they trying to join through Steam Friends or the server browser? Did they have their PC turned on?

Just a regular connection error.

They tried every way they can (through joining a friend's game, searching it from the list and joining, adding to favorites etc). Usually they even see the game name and it's status but when they force the connect (Favorites/Add IP/Double Click) they get an error.

But as I said, if even one manages to get in the server then the rest are able to join, too.
