Reproducibility: Sometimes
FP and SC won't sometimes spawn on normal if I play solo (online, since there is no offline). Map is irrelevant probably.
First I did a game on Biotics Lab, normal, completely solo from beginning to end, there was NO Scrake, NO Fleshpound. None.
Tried to recreate, this time on Bruning Paris, normal, there was one guy, he did the first wave but when I joined he left, so I was alone after that through the remaining of the game. There was 1 Scrake in wave 4, and 1 Scrake/1 Fleshpound in wave 5, but NO Scrake/NO Fleshpound in wave 6 or wave 7. Seems random, but it can happen.
