In Game VOIP ..... Is LOWWWWW!!!

I am having a terrible time understanding what most of my teammates are asking of me as commander ingame. Is This something in the near future that will be addressed? I play with my game sounds down half way to hear the other fellers. That takes away from the little sounds that are needed to be heard like foot steps and what not. PLZ FIX ASAP

Did you make sure to change the ingame VOIP volume slider?

Make sure you turn it up I usually have to turn the slider down to around 10% because VOIP is incredibly high and people like to talk a lot.
