I lost a crate and a 2.49$ key!

I tried to open Horzine Crate #6, but it just stayed ther on animation screen of this crate. And, nothing happened, tried to restart game, and GUESS WHAT! I LOST DOSH AND CRATE!

What should i do? Who i should write?

This just happened twice to me, both with crate #6 as well.

Same thing happened to me with crate #6. Cost around $6 to get the crate and key. I lost both of them and got no items. It was just stuck in that animation. Tripwire support says to go to steam support but steam support says to go to tripwire support If nothing is done about this and I can't get the item I should have gotten I don't think I could bring myself to give tripwire my money again.

Yep, same thing. Purchased it at around 16:00PM yesterday and got nothing.

can also confirm, opened first crate and it was fine, opened second crate and was stuck on the unlocking animation, out of curiosity opened a third crate and it worked, second crate and key were lost without an item. series 6.

I too bought 2 series 6 crates and keys, both at around $6 and when I went to open both up I received nothing. Something needs to be done to reimburse us for this technical issue

Are you guys going "click crazy" during the transaction, or what?

I've bought a half dozen or so of these crates - still no demo backpack sadly - and had no issues.
