Server How can i close the white points around the edge of the Screen

Hello!
I have a dedicated server online,but i can't find the elements to close the white points around the edge of the Screen(it will show enemies around players in thier 1st view),i try to change some
text-elements in RoGame.ini on my server but useless.
Please give me any hint, thank you!
