That Gundam mod never worked for me when I re-installed HW2 a few weeks back to try it out. A shame but I guess my hardware isnt compatible or something like that. I remember back in the day when I played HW1 like crazy there was the Babylon 5 - Great Wars mod(s) which included all those fun things from the TV series. HW2 was great and cool, the effects when a ship was about to explode reminded me a lot of the special effects they use in submarine movies where you can hear the hull start to buckle and crack. But I didnt like the interface at all and prefered HW1's.

HW2 was awesome, the only feature I missed about the first was the kamikaze, having to refuel your ships felt like too much of a hassle, and there's nothing fun about it.

Considering that Relic has become the premier RTS developer nowadays I'd love to see another Homeworld game. Heck, I wouldnt mind playing the first one's story again with a bigger longer campaign and more of the really cool things theyve been adding to their game engines.

Unfortunatly Relic lost the liscense to HW when they were bought by THQ, or something like that. Although with all the money Relic/THQ have made with CoH/DoW they can probably buy it back.
