Yup... That happens all the time when on crack.

I don't know how it is done but it is a map exploit/glitch which allows you to get a tank under the map just like he is and survive. I've been victim to it once as someone shot MG fire through the floor. Best remedy is to have a well moderated server that bans people that do that sort of thing.
