Give SL/CO AOE reduce suppression

As the title says, make SL/CO reduce the suppression effect when near friendlies.

Audio cue when working, see Sgt Major Plumley or Sixta for inspiration. "YOUR MOOSTACHE HAIRS ARE IN VIOLATION!" or Viet equivalent

I believe there currently is a reduced suppression effect and increased capture speed (and more which is not specified) when you are near squad members.

But sure, that would be nice bonus along with the existing ones.

Interesting. Is there a vocal cue when this happens? Game seems to have a lot of cool features that aren't always communicated so well.
