[Question] Getting FPS drops/micro-stuttering mostly while running / moving

Hi!

I have some problems with my game, I get fps stutters mostly while running and I have no idea why. Yes I've searched for a solution for a while now without success. I tried to disable texturestreaming but no difference.

My PC specs are:
EVGA Geforce 780 3GB
i5 3570k 3.40ghz
16GB RAM
Windows 10

Anyone know what the problem could be? Would appreciate a solution Thanks!

High ping maybe? CPU bottleneck?

Ping is alright and I don't think the CPU should bottleneck, works good on any other game

This game isn't like most games though, it's quite single-threaded. A stock 3570K is iffy with a 780. Try overclocking the CPU and see if perf improves.
