just later on today I was getting good fps and yesterday I was getting good fps and now all of a sudden I am getting 50 to 40 fps when there are a lot of zeds its weird I hope someone can help me fix the fps drops that im getting o and it worked fine yesterday on ultra and later on today too.

I have had the same problem, general decrease in FPS possibly after update 1004. I didn't play anything on 15th and 16th due to being on a trip and when i got back on friday I experienced this decrease in FPS with sudden stuttering.
It worked fine on 14th on ultra with no Ambient Occlusion no stuttering and stable high FPS.
