Mosin Nagant is just so awkward to use.
I keep forgetting I can't parry before bolt-actioning.
Player should be able to parry right after shooting the gun.
The penalty for bolt-action cancelling is that player will have to wait for the whole cycling animation to finish before they can shoot the gun again.
So I think it's fair this way.
